    Jaguar has caused serious damage

Need some advice. We have spent in excess of $2,000 in server admin fees over the course of the past 3 weeks trying to figure out why our site was running so slow. I just found out from jaguar after repeated questioning that our site was not on a semi dedicated server as it was supposed to be and as we have been paying for for.

We have most likely lost one of our most important client's due to this Jaguar error. And as usuall I can't talk to anyone from Jaguar on the phone.

Lets start with your domain so I can see what has been going on, what tickets were opened , etc. A semi-dedicated server is very limited user (high resourcE) shared server. If you had problems that were reported due to a slow service and the site was on a shared server then all the sites on that server would have been having slowness issues. Since on both shared and semi-dedicated plans you dont get any admin management or root access, thats ours, then there is nothing to pay extra admins for honestly so that should not have been done.

If someone is checking into a particular setup of some software, tweaking your site or software on your site to figure how to get it to perform better then that I could understand. Of course the fact that you were on a shared server and paid someone to tweak your site really makes no difference than if you were on a semi-dedicated machine and had someone tweak your site for performance.

Having said that, it is a problem on our part if you have been paying for a semi-dedicated account but been sitting on a shared server. We will get you moved and make the adjustments to credit you back the semi-dedicated rates when you should have been paying the shared rate.

What problems are you having with the phones?

Ticket #2267477 - first submitted on March 22 & Ticket #2275400. We were repeatedly told by Jaguar that the issue was on our end. We did clean up some code, but the main problem was that there were not enough resources for our domain. We have been under the assumption that we were on a semi-dedicated server and this is what kept driving us to look internally for the problem.

Problems I am having with the phones is that nobody answers them or returns messages.
