I am no longer able to reach port 2096 using HTTPS in order to obtain SSL-secured access to my email via webpage. The server where my site is hosted is platinum.nocdirect.com.
I cannot remember my support site login. The credit card I use for my JaguarPC hosting bill is not here at my current location. I don't have the credit card number memorized. Thus, I am unable to perform the credential recovery procedure for the support site login.
Would someone be so kind as to verify my observation regarding https://platinum.nocdirect.com:2096/ and then open a support ticket?
