    Exclamation Delay in processing of my order

    It has been 24 hours left since I have ordered with my CC the LongHorn
    hosting. I have not received any status of my order since that time.

    Is this the general delay with support also?

    PS Please, do not reply if you are not the official representetive of this hosting center.

    This is a public forum, you can expect reaction from anyone here, please mail sales [at] jaguarpc.com that is the ONLY official way for new customers who do not yet have access to the client section.

    Support is 24x7 and doesn't have anything to do with the sales department.

    I have sent already 2 letters to sales [at] jaguarpc.com
    but there is no answer yet.

    Seams to be that they are not ready to accept my order.

    Signing up at this place is the hardest thing you will ever do here, russian! I've been told, by others, that there is a reason for this, but I still don't what it is...

    Anyway, hang in there. It'll happen!
