wish there'd have been a couple of days warning rather than 6 hours of notice!! anyway, thanks for letting us know, hopefully the new datacenter will give as outstanding a performance as the old!
I am assuming our ip addresses etc remain the same?
Nothing will change on your servers, sites, ips, anything like that. Those that are directly affected have been emailed specifically, including ded clients.

Which servers are affected?
Tim Sanders
BSEET, CNE, MCP
I administer many websites on Jaguar, and use the same contact email for all of them, so when I get a message that says "your server" I have no idea which server, or domain, is being affected. This information should really be in these emails.
Edit: Nevermind ... life is too short.

I have received your mail. A question:
After 2-3 hours of downtime, all will come back normally?
Thank for letting us know about this, I'm sure it's all for the good of us, your clients. I was going to ask about changes on IP's but I see it was already answered. Good to know nothing changes after the move.
Do you have any url with information about this new datacenter?
Regards!
Alexis Bellido
