Getting into something we don't know jack about...

We just moved to a dedicated server from VPS, and I must say Jag helped us out SOOO much, even though at some point my boss was pretty frustrated about downtime of the site and wanted to cancel the service alltogether.
Actually, the only resaon for moving was the fact that we needed a single core CPU, and I don't know Jack about handling a server.

Good you knew to convince your boss about staying with JPC, where would he have found better uptime anyways (unless he is ready to invest in hardware redundancy, and ready to pay the price for clustering).

I am convinced JPC will be the right people to handle your server.
