    And STILL showing that error after 13 hours! Heck, even SHOWING the error in the first place is very n00b for such a site.

    I don't get Vin's thing about PHP-CGI and mysql_pconnect though. Both PHP as module and as cgi can switch pconnect on seperate from normal connect, no? Besides, this looks like the database itself is refusing access, not like the pconnect function is malfunctioning or blocked.

    P.S. www.antec.nl still works. Dunno if it sells the products you're looking for
