I'm trying to get a little aviation wiki going, but I'm having huge trouble finding the right software. I really dislike the whole tagging system that most wikis use, including Mediawiki, which powers Wikipedia. Things can get pretty nasty just to write a table down.

Things are not simple enough for the kind of users that will be writing all the entries.

Does anyone know about an easy wiki system? Actually, it doesn't even have to be typical wiki software. All I want is something that everyone can use to collaborate with the articles.

I really can't understand why I haven't been able to find easy wiki software.
