normal email going to ".../spam" and spambox mail cannot be unloaded

    Hi,
I've had a problem for almost two weeks that seems hard to resolve by support. Maybe someone in the community has had the same problem and could send me a hint of what it could be.

I am receiving normal email in the accounts "msfz751@reyesaguayo.com" and "msfz751@reyesaguayo.com/spam" simultaneously. Normal email can be seen in both accounts. Everything used to work fine until two weeks ago.
The fact now is that I am not able to retrieve email to unload the "spam" under the "msfz751@reyesaguayo.com/spam" account (spambox). There is a lot of spam in that account (53 of 60 megabytes full). SpamAssasin and SpamBox are enabled

In other accounts "alfonso.reyes@reyesaguayo.com" and "alfonso.@reyesaguayo.com/spam" happens the same thing: receive normal email in both accounts (normal and spambox) but cannot unload (get) what resides in the spambox.

I have sent test emails from one account to the other and can confirm this behavior: normal email goes always to the "account@reyesaguayo.com" and "account@reyesaguayo.com/spam".

    Summarizing, these are the problems:
    (1) There is something that does not allow the spam mail of all accounts to be unloaded. The keyword "spam" is not working as used to be in the format "acccount@reyesaguayo.com/spam".
    (2) normal email goes also to the "spam" accounts. This means that if somebody sends me emails they are retrieved in both type of accounts: "acccount@reyesaguayo.com" and "acccount@reyesaguayo.com/spam".

Thank you very much for the feedback,

    Alfonso Reyes

If I'm understanding this correctly, I would try deleting the mail accounts, then add them again...

    Summarizing, I'd start from scratch!

    Vin,
what you are suggesting looks more like the "final solution" for the Middle East crisis. I am more looking into a "diplomatic" or "negotiated" solution.

    Thanks,

    Heh!

I'm not telling you to do it. I'm just saying that's what I would do...

I've noticed, with these mail accounts, sometimes things get jacked up behind the scenes and there's no way to fix them. So, I take a more direct approach.

Jason is pretty sharp with email, and that little Dutch boy, although I haven't seen him for a while.

Hang in there. Maybe Jason will have some ideas!
