"It's about who is going to control the Internet, You or The Government"
    ...and the difference is....?

But seriously, the real question is "Who is going to control the Internet, the Government or cynical multi-billion dollar companies funding 'grass-roots' campaigns like yours."

Who are you? According to your website:
"Hands Off The Internet is a nationwide coalition of Internet users united together in the belief [blah blah blah]" Let's see just who these users are:
Here is your self-published list of "Member Organizations"
    http://handsoff.org/hoti_docs/aboutus/members.shtml
Alcatel, Cingular, AT&T... you know, the "little guys".

That video describes a scenario where it's Big Business (providers like Yahoo and Google) trying to get government to enforce net neutrality, against the little guy, "the people", when the war that is really being waged here is Yahoo and Google VS multi-billion dollar backbone ISPs. The little guy, "the people" and "little webmasters" are just pawns caught in the middle of these competing forces, each trying to enlist us to their side.

Personally, I *might* be able to afford higher charges for expedited bandwidth, and I would probably do it so that I could still continue to grow and attempt to compete with larger companies. But can JohnQPublicCause.org afford that?

Should we allow what will surely become one of the most essential utilities into our homes to be totally unregulated? Will Big Business shut people off from their medical equipment Internet communications when they fall behind on their bills, or will there be at least "some" regulation, just like electric companies can't be able to cut off electric heat in the winter?

But good luck to ya. I hope your $8.00 an hour or 12 cents a post (depending on where you live) is worth the deception you're attempting.

    IMHO of course.

We're still going to have to pay, but the mega corps that would get charged already pay hefty sums for their bandwidth... The ISPs want to charge extra based on the content you provide and who you are.

The whole thing sounds crappy to me.
