I have long wanted to form a new party based on the tenth amendment:
Amendment X - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
    But what about a name?
    The Decocrats?
The Decalogues? MUhahahah That might satisfy the right wing.

    I kill me.
