After my site was hacked, I decided rather than switching hosting company's I would try this site to find out where the vuneralbilities were in my site.

They offer a 30 day free trial, and it tells me exactly where the security risks are. It shows a couple of things with the server setup, like the SSL, and if I remember correctly something to do with Frontpage extensions, and a couple of other things. I am hoping JPC will work with me to upgrade these things on the servers or to check to make sure they are the most recent versions. They also did find one script in my site that could be a risk.

Anyway, since we are all here hosting sites, I wanted to pass on this website, so that everyone can use alertsite if they wish.

At Alertsite they are very helpful, if something is wrong with my site they have called me. They also have called me to see if everything is going o.k. In the one month free trial they called me at least three times just to check on things. They offer a variety of different services. I'm glad I found them, I will use this on all my sites to clean up any vuneralbilities. I hope JPC will work with me upgrade their server if necessary to patch the security holes. I will review the report again and send the details to JPC.
