    Welcome to New Support Members

    Welcome to all the new JagPC Support team. Seeing replies on the
    board from members of Support will be reassuring to all, and cut down on
    a lot of complaints. I know you all are busy right now with the moves
    and so on. But I'm glad to start seeing some communication from Jag support
    on the boards again.

    I know you all have a tough job, but I for one appreciate your work.

    My sentiments exactly.

    Thanks for all your hard work. It can't possibly be easy dealing with one company let alone another that was spirialing down a black hole. And then trying to please everyone when you also trying to make things stable and back on track.

    It is appreciated.

    I'm pleased as punch with JaguarPC. I've been through a couple servers (the last one...oye!), and they are by the far the best I've had. I think if everyone should "try" to be understanding right now while this move takes place. There will undoubtedly be changes and obstacles until everything becomes centralized and routine. I have enough problems moving computers in my network from one floor of the house to another - let alone over 1000 miles away.

    It is nice to see JPC support members here though in the forums. Thanks for all your hard work earlier this week on Nitrogen! I look forward to the move being finished completely and a return to the normal and mostly stable service you have provided me until this point.

    I'm also very happy to see the official posts from the support team. I'm sure it's not easy, especially with two forum groups (here and Aletia) to keep up to date!

    I'm biased, but I don't think it was moderation that was lacking in either forum. Rather, it was offical representatives, posting replies in threads. It's good to see Jaguar taking care of that concern, especially after the silence that those of us had at Aletia before the Jaguar purchase.

    I agree moderation isn't the main issue, it's official representation.

    Seeing some of the replies Les made to questions about cheetah and the way the accounts are moved (mobo replacements, server being down hampering moves, etc.) shows promise for when 'my' server is moved (in case anything goes wrong).

    I'll have a lot more understanding for any problems as long as I know what's going on. Keep up the good work!
