    There is nothing more obnoxious then opening a support ticket for a legitimate problem only to have JaguarPC support reply with:

    2006-09-29 / 17:46:47

    Hi,
    I just connected via ftp to your account using FileZilla and have uploaded couple of files in the 'uploadtest' directory in your public_html and they both got uploaded fine , there was not any delay or timeout from our end.

    Frankly, I don’t care if Jaguar’s support people can do something without error. I’m the one paying a monthly fee, and if I’m having a problem I expect something better then, “it works ok for us.”

    A lot of times, these things are a matter of perception vs. reality ...

    For instance, if I got a reply like that, it wouldn't bother me a bit.

    What do you find obnoxious about it? Just curious, not trolling...

    What tech support is saying, without saying it is: "I am unable to recreate the problem you are reporting."

    You'll need to show them a way to recreate the problem or else they can't fix it.

    I think a few of the support reps need a to take a class in Public Relations/Customer Service.....
