There is nothing more obnoxious then opening a support ticket for a legitimate problem only to have JaguarPC support reply with:

I just connected via ftp to your account using FileZilla and have uploaded couple of files in the 'uploadtest' directory in your public_html and they both got uploaded fine , there was not any delay or timeout from our end.

Frankly, I don’t care if Jaguar’s support people can do something without error. I’m the one paying a monthly fee, and if I’m having a problem I expect something better then, “it works ok for us.”
