How do I refresh to get more recent stats?

Open a ticket and ask support to do a stats run for you and to make sure that it's turned on for the server. Once in a while I've had this happen where my stats didn't run for a few days.

My Webalizer stats were last updated in April 2004. Last time I asked to have them restarted, they all somehow got lost (or "inverted", support said). So I don't ask anymore. Oh well, Awstats still there.

The stats stopped working for me aswlell around the time of the server update. A ticket gets them updating again.

I'm in the same situation. My ticket had them updated for one day, then they stopped again. I've just updated the ticket, and again they've been updated.

Surely this should be automatic for all stats packages?

It's automatic for me after they fixed it. I'm sure the support person is doing something wrong if they don't update ones a day.
