A disk in the shared hosting server gibson.nocdirect.com has failed and we must replace it immediately to return the RAID array to optimal performance and redundancy. I did that before posting here. Also the message in the forum said they would update the forum when the problem was fixed and there is no update at this point..

The hard drive issue has been taken care on gibson, the other post just did not get updated.

Support will help you with any issues you are having.

In fact it was taken care of just minutes when it was taken down that day. Its been up all week.

For some reason the your connect to cpanel icon/link does not work for me and I have to type in the https:// address directly in the browser address bar in order to accesss cpanel.

I would like to have seen the original post updated, but at least JaguarPC does advise of outages in advance where possible.

Many other hosting services just effect the repairs and hope that no-one will notice.

My external monitor said that gibson was down for about 14 minutes, which isn't too bad at all.
