Invoice/Billing System

I am looking for a php based, open source invoice and billing system. It is for a small newspaper that doesn't have the resources to develope its own, or purchase one. I would like it to have a client side, and a sales side. Clients able to view status of their ad placement, creat new insertion orders and upload ads. The sales side should be able to see all open orders, be able to download the ads, input when payments are received and keep track of all that general billing stuff, as well as email out all ads to be printed in the next issue. I've searched and haven't really been able to find. Let me know if you know of anything.

I believe PHPCOIN and AccountLab has that kind of functionality. I have rarely used either, but I do know they are open source and have the client/sales side of the system.

Thanks for the suggestions, I may end up just modifying phpcoin for what I need. Saved me lots of time, and thanks for replying so fast.

No problem, hope phpcoin is what your looking for, it is a rather good system after I have looked more into it.
