Yummy, tech and cookies just go hand and hand

My daughter was old enough to join the brownies this school year for the first time, and its cookie season. Now I get to be a door to door cookie salesman for a week instead of selling this crazy web hosting stuff

Anyone else have kids in the girls scouts or boy scouts? Have you tried the stand in front of homedepot, walmarts, or things like that before?

My mom was the cookie mom for all the years that my sister was a Daisy/Brownie/Girl Scout. There would be a week or so every year where we couldn't walk in the family room because the floor was covered in cases of cookies.

I've never stood in front of any stores to sell cookies, but I've done my share of selling other things: candy bars, Christmas trees, Christmas wreaths, raffle tickets... I think it is some kind of right of passage or something.

My sister was in that thing about a year ago, I did infact volunteer to help out their cookie thing and we did infact stand out in front of places like that. It was not a bad time, but expect to get a headache!

When I sold popcorn in Boy Scouts, we went door-to-door. A lot of people like to bring the sheets to work for thier kids so coworkers can buy from them too...
