    New Executive Support Manager / Sr. Network Adminstrator

    Masood has been with us many many years and has brought about many improvements through the seasons. His professionalism and knowledge far surpass even the most demanding criteria any employer could hope for. Masood has progressed through many promotions over the years and continues to surprise us. His efforts to build the best most reliable support crew the industry has even known is evident in everything he does. In this new role he will primarily be serving the function of Executive Support Manager / Sr. Network Adminstrator . Do not hesitate to contact him if you have any problems with support, servers, support staff, server suggestions, or just want to pass on a kudos to a staff member.

    Couldn't have happened to a better guy! I know I've asked on more than one occasion when a support guy wasn't "getting it" that he just forward the ticket to Masood!
