Funny how this stuff always happens after the first of the year. I think anyone that's been here for a while has grown to expect changes in Jan-Feb. I assume you do yearly (re)assessments and adjust your packages according to market needs. That's how you continue to attract a new client-base, as well as retaining older clients. Smart!!!
