    Hrm...

    Vietnamese hackers, eh?

They might have installed a root kit, or whatever...

I'd contact Tech Support, instead of the hackers!

I have to ask, are you personally a client of Jaguar?

By that I mean do YOU pay Jaguar for your hosting, or do YOU pay your friend ricohost for your hosting?

IF you pay Jaguar then you need to open a support request with Jaguar and ask them to look at your site security IF YOU have a managed plan (that again means IF YOU and ONLY if you pay Jaguar to solve problems like this)

IF however you pay ricohost, you should be talking to them direct.

THEY may rent a server from Jaguar which is managed (IE THEY pay Jaguar to solve problems) OR they may have an unmanaged server that they get cheap because THEY are supposed to solve all your problems.

The real point is Jaguar CANNOT help you if they do not supply you direct, and the fault may be because either your hosts (ricohost) did something wrong or do not know enough to stop hackers getting onto your site, it may be nothing at all to do with Jaguar.

Riccohost, is on a VPS Node, and have historically had security problems, I can count atleast 3 incidents in the last couple of months where they, or someone assocated with them, have posted about sites being hacked..

Either they have TERRIBLE security measures in place for Password protections, or they have really pissed some hacker off or a combo of both

Heh! This gets weirder by the moment...

So, it looks like the hacker[s] actually got into your account at aaaq.com and changed your DNS records, yes?

Hmm that is weird do you have a strong control panel password? I don't know how they could have changed your dns settings. why do these hackers always seem to go for these clan sites lol
