I think Sol said it in The Bible...

What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.

Is there anything of which one can say, "Look! This is something new"?

It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time...

How about great minds think alike.

I'm certain that when I first signed up with Jag the page was gray. No doubt there have been a lot of changes at Jag over the years. Not only in regard to the look of the site, but in the way support is handled.

wow... I found my profile on the old forum :-o

    http://web.archive.org/web/200106200...me=mattsiegman

I don't know what's more frightening: that I actually thought I was super cool linux freak back then because I liked the penguin picture, or that I've been around here for over 6 years...

Never, its all marketing. the more times you put the word unlimited, or free, on any package the person actually starts to see it. Say it once and its lost.

Its like those car ads on the radio , EVERY "select" 2007 on the lot, EVERY "select" Car, Truck, Etc.

wtf is an every select? Can I just slap any word there I want if I end it with select? Absolutely, without question, we guarantee, every select plan is free.

    yup, guess I can.

"Push it in, tow it in, drive it in, we'll give you $3,000 for your trade-in...and if we make a deal, we'll pay off your loan no matter how much you owe!"

    Yeah, I remember Yabb... LoL!

Guess they didn't have what it takes!

Gawd, I thought I was the sh!t when I programmed in PERL/CGI, and started down the Python path, at the last...

LoL! I couldn't figure out how all those PHP guys were making their sites look so good -- thought I was falling behind -- then, I discovered 'Nuke' -- thought it was a pinball game, or something, at first -- discovered it quite by accident actually. I conquered it (shhhh...)! It's like brushing my teeth now, before going to sleep, you know? ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz...

I hope the WayBack machine keeps going! I guess...

It would be fun to look back, every 10 years or so, and laugh at ourselves, yes?
