    Trying to contact JaguarPC...

    I am new around here..

I am trying to send attachments to JaguarPC, it seems that they do not pass,
and some emails get there "clean", no text, no attachments.

Spam protection allows emails with attachments to pass ?

P.S.: Not sure if this is on correct English

In addition to what the_ancient said, why can't you just put the info in your e-mail, rather than sending a PDF attachment?

The email queue system perhaps has problems with Boundary's,
    when sending multipart/mixed emails.

Which is probabily the cause of cutting off emails and sending them in blank.

The same reason, should happen, when sending emails with Eudora.

The email system is not properly decoding the boundary's.

I did not knew about this... I was struggling to send the emails, then I realize it was a system's problem

Anyway I have sent just simple text email and it went trought

If we see the emails that do not pass, a RAW email text of Eudora and other RAW of Outlook Express. I guess both should be multipart/mixed with boundaries... email system has bugs

If your referring to sending an attachement into our mail for the ticket system , yes that is removed and we do not accept attachements in it. Please post the file for a tech to view elsewhere or post the contents in the ticket message itself

    Ok, everything solved.

But when attachments are removed from emails, it cuts message text also, and the result is a blank email sent, like I said.. its a bug
