    Support response time

Breifly descibe how long it took to fix an issue, starting from the time you submitted a ticket until the issue was resolved.

I have had several sites totally inaccessable for several days. I have gotten no helpful replies yet. The techs only verify that the sites are working from "thier end." Actually two of my domains are pointing to the wrong account, so my sites are not working from thier end "correctly."

I realize the server move is going on, but they should fix DNS issues quickly.

The problems started on 10/26 ...and I'm still having issues.

    Network is very slow.
For some reason, when they switched me, they also switched my ID/password.

    That led to the following:
    My mail didn't work.
    I can't SSH or FTP.

Finally it turned out that they didn't enable my ssh access on my account.

But for some reason, I still can't FTP into my server!!!

It's very frustrating and it's holding up my freelance work...my clients are getting upset too.

I had various minor support related questions. Submitted one ticket during the move (about the secure servers) and it was answered promptly (didn't time it, but definately within 24 hours). Did an update recently and they answered within an hour.
Curious? Check out my main activities at http://www.elmerproductions.com/igor

I have a multi-hosted domain that's still on Swan. Unfortunately the database which it accesses is now on Plutonium.

This has been unresolved since October 27th. I have a ticket in, and have submitted another due to a posting by Massod in these Forums.

    Stilll waiting.

    disappointing

My site has been down all week, showing a 509 Bandwidth error (I paid for more bandwidth-- it didn't matter). The latest issue of Newsweek has an article about my site. It sure would've been nice for Newsweek readers to actually be abble to see what the article was about, huh? Unfortunately Aletia has closed my ticket and assured me they're working on it. I'm not optimistic.

It comes up for me now (that is, if it's your .cc site that had been down).

I'm a huge fan of your strip. I've been living in France since more than a year before 9/11, and so it's cool to have an insider's view that clicks so well with me.

Thanks for the laughs and the dead-on editorialisms. Keep it up, and hopefully we'll see you around the forums in better circumstances.
