    Question Customer Service

What is the best way to contact customer service regarding billing, changing of hosting options, getting credit, cancelling, etc.?

    Thanks.

Is there a customer service phone number? I hate to ask questions over a ticket system...which seems really inefficient.

They don't have a phone number I'm afraid, but I believe you should be able to contact sales@jaguarpc.com for help with those issues.

I have been emailing the billing department for the past couple of weeks about how they double billed me, with no response. Apparently, billing@jaguarpc.com goes straight to the trash can.

    Red face

OK. Lot's of people are attributing the delayed responses to the increased number of customers due to the Aletia buyout. I'll give them a little slack, but before they acquired Aletia, they should have already planned to increase the number of employees to handle the increase in customers.

Who dropped the ball on that one?

That's my last gripe for now...I'm going to lay low for awhile and give Jaguar a chance. It seems like the current Jaguar customers are standing up for their support staff. They must have a reason for doing that...so I'm going to cut them a little slack for now. Hopefully things will get better soon.

I'm not cutting them any slack. I'm looking for a new host. A simple "Yeah, we're working on it" email would have been fine. But no, instead they ignore my emails. Screw that.
