I would like to know what is the difference between

xerxes.nocdirect.com

hercules.nocdirect.com

Does that will affect the speed and quality of the server (VPS)?

It doesn't matter that whether you VPS is on Hercules or on Xerxes. You will get same speed and quality on both nodes. Both servers have 8 Gb RAM. Xerxes has Intel(R) Xeon Processors where Hercules has AMD Athlon processors. The specs of both servers are almost same.

Correction, AMD Opteron processors, not Athlon.
