I Just Ordered Service, HELP

I ordered service 20 minutes ago and haven't received information. I'm in Ca and I have someone in NY waiting to install vbulletin. How long does it take to receive information to email? If anyone knows these owner personally, can you please have them contact me, or speed up process.

Depending on the plan you signed up for and a number of other factors, you order may have to be handled manually. For example VPS and dedicated plans need to be set up by hand. JPC has a number of checks that orders have to go through to prevent fraud and this occasionally catches a legitimate order here and there.

Anyway, your order probably needs to be looked at by sales and sales is not open 24/7. Your order will probably be queued until morning.

The owner, Greg, is a frequent visitor to the forums. If you have concerns you can send him a PM (I think his username is Greg-JPC or something like that), but he probably won't see your note until tomorrow, either.

Welcome to JPC. As many have said before getting set up is the hardest thing you'll have to do. Once you're set up you'll love it here.

Sometimes spam detectors will block these informational emails.

Make sure you've whitelisted JagPC in whatever spam detection software you're running!
