Thumbs up JaguarPC parnters with EntertainmentScripts.com

We are pleased to announce a new partnership with EntertainmentScripts.com. In this partnership JaguarPC will act as the official hosting provider for all their scripts and services. Our first order of business in this new partnership is to transition all the serveshare.com hosting clients over to Jaguarpc seemlessly, diligently, and freely.

All serveshare.com clients that wish to host with us as serveshare.com closes its doors, please contact us to get the ball rolling. We will assit in all migrations and transferring your sites and data to our servers. We have a great deal of experience in this area and can make the transition as seamless and smooth as possible. The great folks at EntertainmentScripts.com came to us with their needs for their hosting services and explained some of the current issues with serveshare.com . Due to the nature of the problems there right now we can not move whole servers from there at once without further issues to an already stressed client base. We hope we can bring some stability and speed back to all your sites and services.

    STEPS TO GET MOVED:
    1) Start by using our order form to select the service of your choice.
Select your plan and signup on our site right here:
    https://secure.jaguarpc.com/order/

    or

Contact sales directly at sales@jaguarpc.com with your Name, Domain, and Plan desired. We will generate a login for you that you can use to fill the rest of the information we may need.

    2) Open a ticket with support to get your site transfer started, include your cpanel logins with the ticket to both your old and new account. To help us track this use the subject "serveshare.com migration"

    3) Sit back and enjoy the hosting!

You can use these forums to talk with others from serveshare.com and EntertainmentScripts.com to get to know us all or discuss your transition and needs.

Our support section boasts a very in depth knowledge base and support is offered 24/7

HI, I have now couple Q's.
dose this means I'm loosing my plan I had with serveshare and must get new one?
I had gold package from them which was :
50 GB on 25TB data transfer and many more options. for 54$ monthly on semi dedicate server.
So, would I get the same or what?

    Hi,

Here is a link to our semi-dedicated plans.

    http://www.jaguarpc.com/semi-dedicated/

We do not offer that kind of transfer on any plan, and that could be why servershare is having issues. That type of transfer is totaly unreasonable at that price.

25TB , 25,0000 gig Is about 77mbps. Close to cost that much bandwidth cost us and any provider on the web $3000 per mo. We dont oversell our servers and especially not our semi-dedicated plans so they can actually use and enjoy what is given. Fast servers with low populations per server, and not overselling them, is what makes our service superior to the others.

You will need to choose one of the plans we offer on our site. Having said that though, our semi-dedicated plan is far cheaper than $54 which leaves lots of room to add on and upgrade if you desire. I would suggest just starting with the semi-dedicated plan on our site and see what I mean. If you decide you need more later we can work with you to upgrade your plan, addon space/bandwidth, or even put you into a vps or your own bargain dedicated server.

    Hi,

We will be happy to setup the server with all of the requirements, so that your scripts run as they should, there is no charge for us to do this.

Let us know if you have anymore questions.

    success with entertainment scripts?

    Hi Greg,

We originally signed on with jaguar pc semi-dedicated three months ago, using the entertainment scripts social media software. There were issues with the ffmpeg and mendcoder not functioning properly so that we were unable to view video properly through this software.. although we were assured that all neccesary softwares were installed properly on our jaguar pc server.

Since we could not figure out what to do, we switched then to serveshare.com. The video then worked properly, but as you know the servers go down quite frequently.

I was wondering if now you have customers that are using the entertainment scripts social media and if some of those issues have been resolved, regarding the software components that must be installed on the servers?

    Thanks

Same exact story here. I'd like to know that I can simply migrate my site back here and be done with it. I've spent countless hours with hosting issues already, and I don't want to migrate just to inherit another set of problems.

So same question - have the issues with components been resolved?

We werent a partner before and werent in contact with them to know what they needed setup. It turns out a crucial part of making those work is using Fedora os where we use CentOs as our standard. We can get it all to work on fedora it just means we are setting up seperate servers specifically to accomadate these types of accounts.

    Time frame?

To move to semi-dedicated (that is what we are on now with serveshare)-- are the servers ready for us yet to migrate, or still need to be set up. Does jaguar pc help with the complete migration of all contents on our old server, or do we need to do that?

If I were to sign up an account today, what is the turn around time to get up and running?

    Thanks

Time frame depends on the data that needs to be transferred and how much speed is available from the remote end to transfer it. Yes we do help with data transfer. If its cpanel on remote end, we can take full backup and restore the account here.

We should have servers that are clones of servershare ready to accept you today.

    can we test it?

On behalf of all the customers who are using the entertainment script social media software and are considering moving to your servers, is there a way I can give you access to my current serveshare control panel so that you could test it on your servers first to see if it was the Fedora issue that was not making the script function properly before?

This site I am doing is for a client, and because of all the issues with the servers, it is 2months behind schedule.

It would be detrimental if we have anymore server issues.
