Client and User Contacts

On the bottom of a support ticket in Jaguar Nixcore system you can select if you want the email sent to Client contacts and User contacts. What lists of contacts are these, can they be edited?

Could be that they already mean something for resellers. Beyond that, I have the impression that's meant to go mean something from some future update of NixCore onwards.
