This is a discussion on paid on paypal+creditcard but not on jag in the Open Discussion & Chit-chat forum
anyone ever been through this? I'm in... I've contacted support but they could't help...just sayin to contact paypal, which i did but i don't know ...

    I've contacted support but they could't help...just sayin to contact paypal, which i did but i don't know if ever will get a response.

    anyone could help? I don't wanna pay twice (like happened a few months ago)
    i've been a client since 2005, and the thing i loved in jag was the support...now i'm getting a little upset

    i've been a client since 2005, and the thing i loved in jag was the support...now i'm getting a little upset
    I am confused as to what your problem is?

    A> you sent the payment to the Wrong Email address, if is has not be claimed you can cancell it from your paypal account

    b> you sent the payment to someone else and they claimed it, then you have to file a fraud report with paypal, since you paid on a CC as well, call your bank and file the report with them, probably be faster.

    C> you dealing with a Reseller, if so See B

    sorry,
    i've logged on jag, went into invoices and clicked on "pay"
    after that, i had to option: pay with the credit card on file or pay via paypal
    clicked on the second one and made all the stuff that asked me, like i've alway do.
    after all, it said that the transation went all good.
    but, on jag still say that i havent paid.
    so i ve checked on both paypal site (on my account page) and my bank site, the fee has been paid.
    but still not on jag, so i've opened a ticket and asked why, they said that the transation has been declined by jag system (even if, paypal and my bank didn't) and contact paypal support.

    sorry for my bad english

    Include your Ticket Number and the Transaction ID from Paypal.
