Form Mail On Graphic Help Please :-)

Hi,
Can someone please tell me where I can get a step by step instruction on adding a form mail to a graphic.. I know how the form mail works completely and how to set it up on a webpage, but what I don't know is how to do it on a graphic.

Which html editor is best to use to do this with other than frontpage?
I have sitebuilder and 1st page 2000

The site just uses a table-based layout with background images in each of the cells. The form is simply placed in a table cell that has a background image, so the form looks like it is part of the image.
