    Question Was OJ setup again?

You know, my first inclination was... how can anybody be so stupid!

First, it looked like the charges were going to be dropped...

Then, a recording was SOLD to TMZ.com/AOL and the game was afoot again!

    Hrm...

    A recording? WTF?

I'm no OJ fan, but this whole thing doesn't pass the 'smell test'...

Vin's prediction: Las Vegas PD balks - OJ walks!

    I am no OJ fan.

I think the Jury made the right decision in the first trial. Not because he didn't do it -- I'm as certain as I can be that he did -- but when your main prosecution witness lied on the witness stand that OJ wasn't a suspect -- when he had been there before, and the husband is ALWAYS the primary suspect... when the police brought samples of OJ's drawn blood to the crime scene...(WHAT could that guy have been thinking???).... well, the case lost all credibility.

This case, I'd love to be on the jury. I almost don't care that other stuff may have been taken... though that sux.... I think a person has the right to take back his things from a theif and do whatever it takes to do it. Like the cops would have helped OJ? Could he have expected them to help?

I think that no jury will convict him on this... and hopefully the prosecutor will understand that.

Of course all that stuff belongs to the Goldmans now.
    Good luck

I am from Buffalo NY I was at OJ's first game with the Bills back yonder in 1969. I was at the games in 2003 when he was the first (and only in 12 games) to run for 2000 yards in a season. I am biased - I liked the man as a player, nothing was like Rich Stadium with 80,000 plus humming JUUUUIIICCCEEE! But that being said, one of his o lineman is a good friend of mine. He said OJ was a looser then and he is now!

    Hang em high!

    I say he hangs...

I smell somethin fishy too actually. The idea there is a recording just makes my eyes cross and go hunh? He sounds like a complete ass on the recording - but still.
