    Thumbs up Subdomain Question :-)

    Good Morning Class,

Can someone kindly remind me as to how to I go by adding subdomains to my accounts please?
I had them long time ago but can't remember how do create them.

    One very important point is.......

The subdomains's visible path to the surfers is:

    http://www.Subdomain.com (right?)

Most people are telling me that the visible path to the surfers is:

    http://www.MainDomain.com/Subdomain.html

When I had my subdomains with Jaguar they were all visible to the surfers as
    http://www.Subdomain.com

Is this still the case? If so, please refresh my memory on how to add subdomains to my accounts..

    Thanks So Much!

The path to a subdomain would be: http://subdomain.doman.com/

http://www.subdomain.com/ would be the path to a multi-hosted domain.

Let cPanel create the subdomain... don't create the folder yourself, then try to convert it to a subdomain.

When cPanel creates the subdomain, propagation is immediate... otherwise, it takes 'forever'!

    Thank you Vin,
How do I find out which type of host I have with jaguar? LOL (multi-hosted etc)

if you login to your CPanel Lamborghini have a look under the header "Domains" from there you will find "Subdomain" click on that link.

From there you can add the domain you want, then you just login via FTP and upload the files into the folder that will be created for you by CPanel.
