    I'm curious.
    Is there a way for a sub-domain of my domain name to point to an IP address outside of the jaguar network?
    I want it to point to my IP address at home where I have a HTTP server setup.

    Yes, it is possible. If you are on a shared server then please open a ticket with the subdomain name and the external IP address and we will do it for you.

    I just tried to login to the client section and its not accepting my username/password.
    Has something changed? cause I never changed my username or password.

    well bugger!!!
    The email address i used is no longer active anymore (changed ADSL providers)

    How am I suppose to contact support now?

    I'm about and I read most posts but I just never really have anything to add.

    BTW I thought support was 24 hours now, I sent an email lastnight to the email address and haven't heard anything back yet

    Supports been 24hrs for like 8-9 yrs. Sales is nearly 24hours now but theres still an early am gap
