I need some hosting suggestion here

I have been a very happy customer of JPC, the price and the services are unsurpassed. I have around 3 VPS hosted with JPC, and introduced several friends to JPC as well.

That said, I have been thinking if I should move one of my sites to another host. Within 2 months, we experienced 2 down-time, each lasted more than 12 hours. For a personal blog or a forum, that's okie. But for an online store, that is un-acceptable. We lost the returning and potential customers.

Will JaguarPC provide any kind of service in the near future that can guarantee 100% uptime or at least very short downtime, because I really hate to move. Or should I start looking at services like mosso or thegridlayer?

Actually Masood just posted here with a way you can use existing services to help accomplish higher bounceback times in the event of hardware failure for a single server. Its far lower cost than clustering and is a great workaround IMHO.
