    Four years with Jag

Today while looking at my billing history with JaguarPC I realized that next month my websites would complete four years here. That has been the longest I have ever been with any host, although that would not be entirely correct as I have been a webmaster only for five years!

Well this incidental insight reminded me of the way this relationship has grown from a single $7 a month account to two dedicated servers currently. I had many good moments and some bad moment with JPC, but overall I can only thank my lucky stars for having found such a good host soon after venturing into webmaster land.

Although a lot has changed since 2003, especially in last one year and I do miss the front men like Masood and Les who used to man the support desk almost 24 hours everyday (it appeared to be like that) , the perseverance of the support staff with complex demands of an ill-informed (mostly) webmaster is still the same as it was back then. May be I should congratulate the boss for inculcating a work culture here.

As of the bad moments here, there has been one and only one till now! It was way back in 2004 and it almost made me move to another host. But I stayed on after a last minute heart change (it wasn't entirely JPC's fault but they could have definitely handled it in a better way) and here I am, a very satisfied and happy client.

    Way to go Jag!

Well I am across the Atlantic, but developed fondness for (y)our team just by being around for so long. I hope you would not mind me claiming a little bit of ownership... :-)
