Unfortunately Rashad, the downside to a VPS is that it still is a shared enviroment... Even though everyone's VE's are independent from each other, they are still affected by the other people on the server... Take the Draco incident for example, it was a bad VE that caused all of that downtime and much grief for everyone. JPC thought it was a hardware issue until they moved everyone to a new node and it still occurred... The only way to truly guarantee that you are not affected by one of your 'server mates' is to move to a dedicated server, but since most people do not need a dedicated server nor can afford one, that is usually not an option... JPC is doing all they can to get Hercules back up, I am sure, but they have no control over if the node demands an FSCK, which it seems to be continuously demanding them...

If you believe you should receive compensation for these misfortunes, I would recommend that you open a ticket to Billing with an explanation of what you have suffered from and how it is affecting your business...

    Good luck!

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once every few weeks.

My scripts never have bugs. They just develop random features.

That's mean, they still could not figure out the right solutions !!!

the ticket, I will open one later, But they have knowledge regarding our servers, the initiative should come from them !

After all we are continuing to support their efforts ...

We sent an email to all users and kept everyone upto-date through the forums.

And yes, you can ask by logging to your client area and openning a support ticket.

I know this is out of your hands, and I do not want JPC has any server problems because that's why I paid for 1 full year .
