    Question SSL Cert

    Hello every one.

I just purchased ssl cert for my site and the support at Jaguar did the installation for me.
Now, the thing is that I cannot see my pages content. What I see is something else.

Please Click Here to see what I am talking about.

One of the members support just sent email to me saying that the ssl cert was successfully installed.

Is there anything I suppose to do to have my site display the right content or just wait for them and they will finish everything?

    Regards,
    Srealty

    Srealty,

Please update your support ticket and we can assist you. Looks like you do not have a dedicated ip address for your domain/ssl cert.

    Hello!

I realize that and I already sent about two tickets to support and I got no response.

    I will try again.

    Thanks a lot.

    Srealty,

There are no tickets about ssl in the support queue, make sure you opened the ticket in the right department "support"

    It looks so!

    Yes,
After the installation , the site and its directories are no longer working.
And when I logged in to my server, I was not able to locate any config.

I just sent about three tickets to support, no response yet.

Thanks a lot for your comments.

Why do you sent multiple tickets per issue? Why don't you update the one ongoing ticket, as requested?

In addition to what Gwaihir said. Multiple tickets on the same can cause problems.

Post your ticket number. Veena stated there were no tickets in support that related to your issue. A ticket number might help them track your support request down.

    Hello,

The reason I did that is because one of the support teams told me that they were not able to find the first one. When I saw that they had responded the first, I closed the second.

    Thanks for your comments anyway.
