when I request a support ticket, can I ask for help from a particular tech ?.( with my all respect to other Techs)! ...

    I have a question for JPC

    when I request a support ticket, can I ask for help from a particular tech ?.( with my all respect to other Techs)!

    You may, it may not be wise since it will cause delays to your ticket though.

    How would you do that? Just mention in the ticket who you want it assigned to?

    I was hopping that you will ask me , why do you want to chose a particular tech to help you ?

    I think it’s good to send a survey for your clients to judge your service and your dream team, that will help you improve your business.
