(NOT SPAM!!!) Looking for the best Video Sharing Software (NOT SPAM!!!)

Apparently someone thought my previous post on this was SPAM or something. Who knows, it just disappeared into thin air, so I'll try again!!

I am interested in a video sharing site, with excellent audio sync and quality conversion (to .flv, I suppose), and of course it should be able to convert videos of all types. I imagine there would be admin tools and a plus would be a conversion queuing scheme of some sort to prevent overloading the server.

I would like the system to use my existing authentication scheme (on a remote server; or to use some sort of automated process to export/import the users/passwords one way between the apps).

Automated updates/upgrades are important!!

I am interested in a great looking site that has a customizable skin. Price is always an issue, but I am not necessarily looking for a freebie script. I likely can't afford much in the way of custom programming. I am looking at implementing this on a new SDX plan here.

Anyone with experience with video sharing sites and software? What's the real scoop?

phpmotion is not terrible, but from what I've read, it's not as good as its competition.

Unless Vin DSL makes it a module and integrates the logins...

I have used a script called vshare. It worked perfect for me, only $10 so it wasnt bad!

there is one free video script that you could install if u have joomla. i don remember what that is.
