What does our loyal user base want next?

I am trying to brainstorm on ideas / rewards for our current customers, and longterm customers. What do you ladies, and gents want from jag? I mean besides 19729378326499234 trillion gb for $0.01 or 4 years free or 99.9% off. Practically what are some ideas here.

I'd like the following upgrades to my shared (Gigadeal) account:
    - The ability to send e-mail from my account's own IP address, instead of the server wide address
    - A subversion server (full blown WebDAV way, including some way for me to set access rights and restrict writing to https users only, as well as the ability to do SVNdumps / upload them).

Or, to put it differently: I would of course not mind to pay a bit less, but I'd value additional cool features higher then some 5 - 10% of my bill.
    Regards,

    Wim Heemskerk

As I have told Greg over the years, Price means Crap to me, I have been tring to get him the RAISE the prices.

I want, above all else, rock solid hosting, Price means nothing if the servers are down or non-responsive most of the time...

Further, JAG really needs to work on the L1 Support Guys, or allow some of their clients to skip them all together, because if I come to you with a problem, it is a problem that AG needs to correct, I dont need some rookie following flow charts telling me to clear my cache (this does not happen often because most of my support reqests are Host Name Additions because cpanel does not let you do it if you have a external DNS, so I rarly have real problems but ........ )

    To recap.....

I dont need or want any rewards, I pay jag for a service, and they are very good at providing that service, I want jag to NEVER choose reliability or support over price... ohh and stop using intellicrap processors

    Reliability over Price
    Support over Price...

Sales 101, you can never compete on price alone, there is always a cheaper whore.....

Fail Over SDX Vin... go get moved to naboo its online now! Prices we aren't lowering them by any means, just I am putting in somewhat of a word for our existing clients so we can do something for you guys, I have had a few complaints about us neglecting you guys. But we try to show you all loving the same as anyone.

We have been doing alot of proactive maintenance here lately, We recently hired a new guy @ the NOC who has been so good asto check all the servers for hot spots, and bad fans while scheduling time to replace and fix all the problems he finds! It's no secret we have had to play catch up a few times in the past year but now that we have solved all those problems its time for us to shine as some would say

Only thing I can think of is...

Name some servers after us - Gwaihir has one named after him!

    Then again...

"the_ancient.nocdirect.com" doesn't have much of a ring to it...

How about a working affiliates interface?
Starting with tracking and associating account or domain names with the sale...
Pending referrals, working referral maturation, statistics...
    Working payout screen..
Get rid of the line that says "This will all be completed before a year ago"

...and for Pete's sake... a solid recommendation for a great video sharing software system!!!
    Good luck

Jag was supposed to send me a hat years ago...I'm still waiting for that.

I'm pretty happy overall. Maybe some storage and/or memory increases for VPSes...and more failover options (beyond just SDX)...and four years free followed by a 99.9% discount.

Jason, let's not be greedy and demand 4 free years and a 99.9% discount. Either would be fine.
    Good luck

I second this motion. I really don't need a whole, bigger package with lots of storage and bandwidth that goes with the incremental RAM bump... just an option to boost RAM (alone by its lonesome) more incrementally and cheaply. Free, unlimited would be best, but I'm willing to negotiate that point.

    Otherwise, things are pretty peachy.
