    Privacy Question

    Good Afternoon,

I was reading the article on /. (Slashdot.org for anyone not familiar with the site, I suggest checking it out) Reasonable Expectation of Privacy From Web Hosts?" and was wondering what is JPC's official stance on customer data on their machines?

Does JPC feel their employees have the right to look at what data is being hosted on their machines without permission from the customer and under what circumstances employees have that right?

We have had our privacy policy in place for a decade now. We visit data only when theres cause to do so, ddos, complaints, warrants, dcma. As long as the data is on our property, like any host, we have the right to police it for the safety of the network.
