Help Please

I forgot my password to login to my client are here so I click the forgot password link but never recieve the email. this has been going on for days. I have a closed ticket in my area that i refer to for help from time to time. How can i get this resolved? also I enter my backup email but the system says it is not recognized? Someone please help me. thanks.

Send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com and they'll assist you. Note that JPC uses a system to prevent spam that will probably send back an email to you asking you to confirm that your original message isn't spam. If you don't no one will see the message.

As Jason says: contact sales for this. You can do that via phone or chat too. That might work quicker as they'll have some questions to verify your identity before they can hand you a new password.
