Anyone know if the support desk are experiencing problems.
had an issue today whereby one of my sites was hogging server CPU (the site was running Pligg and one of the tables in the database had grown very large which in turn highlighted a bad query).
Anyways, all the sites multi-hosted from that were disabled (web and email) which was fair enough. I found the problem and suggested that the errant site be left disabled and the others enabled. I then got an email from jag asking for my ip address which i supplied. This was followed by another email saying cpanel had been activated for this address but when I tried logging in, I couldn't access it. Logged a ticket but that's the last I've heard. Think it's 2.5 hrs now which isn't like jag as support is normally excellent. Anyone aware of any problems?
