Hello all the name is KC and i'm a big noob this is my first site i will be building by myself. I'm from killeen,tx btw.

so i have a few Questions that i'm hoping you guys can help me with!

1) Already registered for hosting with JPC and My domain was bought on godaddy. Was Wondering where doi find my NameServer.

2.) one i enter my custom Name server in my go daddy account, where do i go to set u p my site's Cpanel.

shared, i think i set it up right in godaddy

Yes, those are the correct servers for our shared plans so you should be good.

Well 1 thing I notice right off is that you have put fake data in your WHioIs data, Under the terms of your domain registration agreement, something EVERYONE has to agree to in order to get a name, you agreed not to do that. Post fake data is grounds for cancellation of your domain name, GoDaddy offers "private" registration if you dont want your real information out their

From the trace it looks like your domain is routed to JPC, but is being blocked in the GNAX data center, Raise a support ticket and have them look in to it

Hi,

I've checked DNS and it appears you have it configured correctly but the IP our DNS servers are providing isn't responding.

Please open a ticket so we can take a better look at the issue.

the ticket reqiures that i give them my password and login, do i give them the one for the JPC or the one for my godaddy...also do i put my site in the "sample url" need to know asap! Thanks

Hi,

You don't need to provide your JaguarPC your GoDaddy user name or password as your domain is correctly delegated.

The sample URL should be your site.

norrek4040, are you referring to this text in the ticket form: Login credentials required to troubleshoot the issue? That's just a standard text to point out that if there are any login details required, you should put them there.

Generally, if you don't know what's required, I suggest to leave it out until the tech specifically asks for it; there's no gain in spreading sensitive details around without need.
