Will someone please tell me how to cancel an account?

I looked everywhere in my account panel and I need to cancel one of my accounts, but can't seem to find out where to cancel. Will someone please tell me?

I'm hoping this method will be faster than waiting for Tech Support. Tech Support is SO slow. I have client websites to work on and clients to take care of and I have to wait for slow Tech Support.

Sorry you're having this problem. A question like that probably got routed to the Sales department, so it's probably not in the hands of Tech Support.

I am not sure that I understand the last part of your post. Do you have to sit on your hands waiting for support to cancel your account -- can't you work on your other websites and clients in the meantime?

Or was it an unrelated comment?

Sales not support will have to cancel the account. Support is 24/7 sales is not.

You can contact sales through the ticket system, but you will not get a response when someone from sales is not available.

You could use the live chat feature, but that is only available when a sales person is available.
