Yeah I am not happy with this. I have 3 SDX packages with you, 2 are down. When you go down it causes me issues, search engine crawl, loss of page impressions, etc. 100% uptime?

This has happened before. If you guys loose one ounce of data again, I am moving all my packages away from you. It's just unacceptable, maybe you guys are just not geared for business websites and should stick to personal blogs and such.

No, as it says near the top, you have to request it via the ticket system. Best to do this after it's been resolved (as impact is known then).

Are you sure though that it's the network issues that are keeping you offline? If not, do drop in a ticket, just in case. It would be a bummer to wait for hours, only to found out something else was wrong with your hosting. Currently no servers show as down on the status page..

You absolutely need 100% uptime on your accounts? I take it you at least have the failover add on? Loosing an ounce of data? Isn't that what your own customized backups are for? I think you haven't quite figured out yet what hosting you've bought and are quite mistaken if you think there are significantly better service levels to be had at the same price point by going elsewhere.

I dont know what status you have checked, but my page is showing most servers are down at the moment, also the one where my page is hosted (intrepid)

Nope, I was looking at this one: https://secure.jaguarpc.com/clients/
    It seems to be malfunctioning!

(And even though it shows up at both pages, I can't get through to POP3 on "my" server either.)

Man, I've never seen that page so red, ever! (I mean, there have been network issues before but then the page itself was offline too .)

It's network issues they have answered me to my ticket.
I think this will be a long day waiting in our monitors.

I have a website in dedicated server. It is also down. I can connect via SSH to the server but the site is down.
I am paying a lot of money for this server, but I am losing also money from my clients in the website.

To be honest it's the first time I deal with this problem since last May I got this server.
I hope everything goes well soon.

Looks like they have solved the issue after 4 hours, status page is showing all servers are up.

Rob, I don't appreciate you cussing at me. I'm only trying to help. As you could have read above, it seems the status page I was looking at can itself not handle this situation.

I think there'll be a post from JagPC about the guarantee stuff once this is over, the impact is known, and they themselves know how the data center will handle their guarantee.

If you are referring to me - - - I did not cuss you out. I was implying "what is that statement that you made, all about". I later realized that you had incorrect information and removed my reply.

If you took it differently than I intended, then I apologize. All the best.

This one in particular is really sad in that we think now it could have been limited to no more than 5mins or so. We're waiting to get a word on what all happened and Rizwan, Nick, Tracie, someone will post some more official word here. Otherwise its usually 100% smooth sailing for a long long while and we hope quite a while longer still.

Is it supposed to be all over and fine again now? I'm still seeing quite a bit of package loss from over here .

All my servers were down for a few minutes a few hours after the annoucement was made that everything was back up, jag's web site was up at this time but it was extremely slow. Everything seems to be fine now.
