It is funny, but it seems to me to be a clear trademark infringement, never mind the fact that Google doesn't want people to use it's name as a verb (also for trademark reasons I assume).

I thought the same thing Ron however I'm also assuming Google doesn't care, it doesn't break the "Do no evil" mantra.

It's setup with Adsense when you get redirected for the search and the homepage has a PR6 so it hasn't just appeared, they have to be aware of it I would think. Even the image is hotlinked to Googles and there is a hotlinked JS script too. It's probably generating a lot of money, money wins over principal every time.
