Smillie Flag Maybe it was just cold?

I got this in one o the many "forwards" I get all the time. I found it at least neat, if not interesting.

    ---------------------------------------------
This is a photo from the ceremonial oath of President Obama, in which you can see IN FOCUS the face of each individual in the crowd.

You can scan and zoom to any section of the crowd. . . wait a few seconds. . . and the focus adjusts.

The picture was taken with a robotic camera at 1,474 megapixel. (295 times the standard 5 megapixel camera)

    Makes you wonder!!!

    ---------------------------------------------

I sure this will trigger some response but before it gets going just remember to keep it respectful and civil. I for one oppose handouts and "bailouts" to failing or failed companies in a freemarket. Why have we even bothered paying oour bills, mortgages, or other obligations on time when the failed company with no vision or planning is wrongfully held up and made better with our money.

They aren't planning to send jag and checks anytime soon, we're actually a hard working successful company. Its just disgusting to think about. Im not arguing, and not saying education, healthcare, and some areas didn't/don't need improving, but omfg! If they made those govn't loans available only to successful businesses, which want no handouts, we could all make so so many more jobs right now by simple expanding already successful businesses.

GM and others will cut tens of thousands more jobs this year and next few years before they even fix their pos broken companies. Then may be , maybe , if they make it ... they may be in a position to create jobs again several years from now. Where is the logic in any of this current thinking?

That is awesome technology. Reminds me of a site I found years ago that took a picture of a city from a high rise and you could zoom in to see the license plates of cars, I'm not finding it right now.

In regards to the economy I'm not going to get in to a huge discussion on this, I'm personally warn out from politics in general. But we are all so screwed at this point something needs to be done, sitting on our hands or giving out tax cuts would be a big mistake.

The latest unemploment numbers, stock prices, my shrinking credit line, and the fact the company I work for full time hasn't shipped a real product in almost 2 months tells me this isn't hogwash. But what do I know? I wasn't around in 1930.

If you ask me I think a lot of those problems could be caused by someone yelling fire at the first whiff of smoke.

What happens when you tell someone there is going to be a recession? A regular person might be inclined to reduce spending and hopefully try and increase their job security.

A employer hearing about recession looks at the drop in sales and finds themselves inclined to cut costs such as advertising, R&D, wages, and staff.

A bunch of people are now getting paid less or not employed and businesses are seeing a steady drop of income due to loss of staff, lack of advertising, and innovation.

Suddenly we have a real crisis.

Now this is grossly oversimplified and hypothetical. I'm no economist either.

I don't think it has to do with people yelling fire, it has to do with idiots on wall street that got greedy. They are sitting in their mansions while we sit here paying for their greed. This is a good animation I found on it:

    Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0zEXdDO5JU
    Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYhDkZjKBEw

The guys voice will make you want to fall asleep but the animation is great and easy to follow.

That is exactly what the criminals in charge right now did. There is absolutely no difference in them and organized crime - matter of fact they ARE organized crime.

This is a manufactured crisis to pass an OPM (other people's money) agenda. Any company that needs to borrow other people's money to make payroll deserves to fail. This credit mentality is destroying our country - here comes the savior Obama with his OPM agenda. It is getting sicker by the day to see who is getting our hard earned money.

No one with half a brain can justify the agenda our far left president is embarking on.

I want to see his birth certificate! Is he even qualified?

Frank, the more right wing lunatic blogs you read the less rational you become:

You do not know what I read. Wacko right wing is too liberal for me. I am off the chart with as to what I believe.

The current lawsuit by a US soldier active duty in Iraq is what brought up the wondering observation.

You remind me of Allan Combs - sure you are not him? He takes a beating and ridicule and keeps ticking. Just like you all his proofs are what other people say. Liberal defined: use other people's money, use others people's thoughts, use up people for your own pleasure, that sounds about right.

Here are some other people's words for you Pawel:

"[G]overnment, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one." --Thomas Paine

I guess you are right Frank, until I hold the original birth certificate in my own 2 hands and see it with my own 2 eyes I have no way to prove that this certificate is authentic and should let you get away with these absolutely insane accusations. You constantly asking to prove a negative explains the way you think very well, but never mind about all that.

Ah, Frank, so you are a Thomas Paine fan now? Wow, I must say I'm shocked. Unless of course you really haven't read any of his stuff and really don't know what you are talking about here. You might want to read some of the stuff he said about religion and what is now called the welfare-state, I'm sure you'll enjoy it .

Rolling eyes right back at ya. I just liked the quote. Also this one: "Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."
