I was just wondering if JAG customer support can let us know if the 3 or 4 day restore process that used to occur for catastrophic failures on some larger boxes is now a thing of the past?
I haven't heard of one taking that amount of time in a long, long while, and I was wondering if you could tell me how it is that you guys remedied it? What was causing restores to require such a huge amount of time?
