Website & eMail down - no response to tickets

Hopefully someone at Jaguar will respond to this post.

Why does it take 3 to 5 days to accept a PayPal payment on a domain renewal? Also, now my site is down and no one in support is responding to the tickets I've opened regarding this issue for almost 24 hours - that brings into question the 47 minute response time that is posted on the top of the support page.
